Recruitment questionnaires are sent out each spring to all the PR's in the ESR assessing needs for candidates, requirements and special apsects of each patrol. The results will be published on the website and available for recruitment in the fall at ski swaps and trade shows. Last year ESR and MLR participated in SKIDAZZLE throughout the bay area and Sacramento -- over two hundred contacts were made resulting in almost 50 likely candidates.
